Amenity Rules and Guidelines (Pool and Bathrooms)
COMMUNITY POOL RULES:
Pool Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
Residents are responsible for their guests at all times.
Maximum of four (4) guests per household unless otherwise approved by the Association.
Guests must remain accompanied by a resident/homeowner at all times.
Do not share FOBs or allow unauthorized access.
Gates must remain closed and secured.
Pool and bathroom gates/doors may not be propped open under any circumstances.
Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult.
No running, roughhousing, diving, climbing, horseplay, or unsafe behavior.
Climbing on amenity rooftops is strictly prohibited.
No glass containers permitted inside the pool area.
Proper swim attire is required.
Individuals with contagious illnesses or open wounds should not use the pool.
Dogs and other animals are not permitted inside the pool enclosure.
Please clean up after yourself.
Dispose of trash properly.
Return furniture to its original location after use.
Close umbrellas when not in use or during windy conditions.
Residents using umbrellas are responsible for closing them after use and during windy conditions.
Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.
No smoking within the amenity area.
No food or drinks allowed inside the pool water.
Food and drink containers must be disposed of in the large trash cans provided outside the restroom areas.
Amenity trash cans are for onsite trash only.
Amenity trash cans may not be used for household trash disposal.
Infants and children who wear diapers must use approved swim diapers with a protective cover while in the pool.
Standard diapers are not permitted in the pool.
Diaper changes must take place inside restroom facilities, not in the pool area.
Dirty diapers must be disposed of in the large exterior trash cans, not restroom trash cans.
Vandalism, graffiti, and tampering with Association property are prohibited.
Residents may be held responsible for damages caused by themselves or their guests.
Violations may result in suspension of amenity privileges, suspension of FOB access, fines, repair charges, or law enforcement involvement.
The Association is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or lost personal property.
COMMUNITY BATHROOM RULES:
Residents are responsible for their guests and children at all times.
Children may not use restroom facilities unattended.
Children under 13 should not use restroom facilities unattended.
Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly.
No loitering, horseplay, or disruptive behavior.
No smoking inside restroom facilities.
Do not prop doors open.
Do not tamper with locks, plumbing, fixtures, or hardware.
Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash.
Climbing on roofs, walls, gates, or structures is strictly prohibited.
Climbing on amenity rooftops is strictly prohibited.
Vandalism and graffiti are prohibited.
Bathroom access is monitored through the FOB system.
Do not share access devices or allow unauthorized entry.
Violations may result in suspension of amenity and FOB access privileges, fines, repair charges, or law enforcement involvement.
Use facilities at your own risk.
The Association is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or lost personal property.
