How to Request Amenity Fob Access(Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Submit a Request Through Customer Support
All pool fob requests must be submitted through FirstService Residential’s Customer Support portal.

Do not email the board or management requesting a pool fob.
You must submit a formal request online for it to be reviewed and processed.
Step 2: Fill Out the Request Form
Once you open the request link, fill out the form with your information and follow the prompts on the screen.
The form is self-explanatory, but you will be asked to provide:
Your name and contact information
Your property address
The association name (Oaks at San Gabriel)
The type of request
A brief description of what you are requesting
Be sure to indicate whether this is a first-time pool fob or a replacement/additional fob.
Incomplete requests may delay processing.
Step 3: Submit Your Request
After completing the form:
Submit your request through the portal
Management will review the request
Management will follow up if any additional information or payment is required
Please allow reasonable time for review and processing.
