How to Request a Pool Fob (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Submit a Request Through Customer Support

All pool fob requests must be submitted through FirstService Residential’s Customer Support portal.

👉 Submit your request here:
https://txsupport.fsresidential.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Do not email the board or management requesting a pool fob.
You must submit a formal request online for it to be reviewed and processed.

Step 2: Fill Out the Request Form

Once you open the request link, fill out the form with your information and follow the prompts on the screen.

The form is self-explanatory, but you will be asked to provide:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Your property address

  • The association name (Oaks at San Gabriel)

  • The type of request

  • A brief description of what you are requesting

Be sure to indicate whether this is a first-time pool fob or a replacement/additional fob.

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

Step 3: Submit Your Request

After completing the form:

  • Submit your request through the portal

  • Management will review the request

  • Management will follow up if any additional information or payment is required

Please allow reasonable time for review and processing.

Pool Fob Fees (Important)
